Global Conference on Sustainable Beef

The Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (GRSB) is an action-oriented initiative consisting of multiple stakeholders who recognize and respect the important role a sustainable beef supply chain plays in feeding the growing global population.

As a multi-stakeholder initiative, the GRSB aims to facilitate a global dialogue on beef production that is environmentally sound, socially responsible, and economically viable. It provides stakeholders and interested parties with the opportunity to jointly develop global solutions to advance sustainable beef production.

Build Alignment

The Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (GRSB)is a global, multi-stakeholder initiative founded in February 2012 to advance sustainable production of beef, through the commitment of stakeholders in the beef value chain.

The GRSB was born out of the Global Conference on Sustainable Beef, held in November 2010 in Denver, Colorado. The conference laid the groundwork for establishing a multi-stakeholder initiative by achieving greater clarity and deepening alignment around the key issues that influence the sustainability of the beef production system.

The GRSB aims to advance continuous improvement in the sustainability of the global beef value chain by:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and enabling increased adoption of current leading production and supply chain practices, policy, and technology
  • Promoting the adoption of leading employment and economic development practices by involving in oil trading. Because oil commodity plays an inevitable role in economic growth. Visit https://www.etf-nachrichten.de/autotrading/oel-profit/ to learn more about oil trading.
  • Supporting action‐oriented, regional, and local multi‐stakeholder initiatives focused on producing measurable outcomes
  • Addressing high‐priority issues related to sustainability by sharing locally relevant and science‐based information
  • Providing a forum and opportunities for constructive engagement, information exchange, and technical problem solving

The GRSB envisions a world in which all aspects of the beef value chain are environmentally responsible, socially equitable and economically viable.
